Bryan Ehrlich

With over 25 years of proven success in sales, Bryan Ehrlich is a seasoned professional in the merchant services industry, specializing in complex integrations that help businesses streamline operations and maximize efficiency.

 

Throughout his career, Bryan has consistently delivered top performance and industry-leading results. He is a Double Black Diamond award winner with Heartland Payment Systems and a two-time Salesman of the Year at Payroc, achievements that underscore his ability to exceed expectations and drive growth in a highly competitive market.

 

Bryan’s deep expertise spans payment processing, technology solutions, and client relationship management. His consultative approach and ability to navigate intricate integration challenges have made him a trusted advisor to clients ranging from small businesses to enterprise-level organizations.

 

Passionate about creating long-term partnerships, Bryan is dedicated to helping companies implement innovative merchant service solutions that not only meet today’s needs but also scale for the future.

Len Kats

Relatively new to the payment space, Len joined the newly formed Executive Team in October of 2023. His 20+ years of sales and operational management have been instrumental in redefining the Super Crew’s agent support system. In his current role, he supports Field Leaders, sources new Field Leaders, and, along with other members of the Executive Team, implements strategic initiatives that empower agents to succeed in the field.

 

Len believes that feedback from agents, processing partners, and merchants is paramount for collective success, often stating, “None of us are smarter than all of us together.”

 

His past accomplishments include Payroc Rookie of the Year and consistently ranked as a  Payroc Diamond Partner.

 

Len, along with his wife Rebecca, 5 sons, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren, resides in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Briana Norton-Paff 

Briana Norton-Paff serves as Head of the Executive Team at Norton, providing strategic oversight of general operations and organizational performance. She leads with a disciplined, integrity-driven approach, ensuring alignment, accountability, and operational excellence across all divisions.

In parallel with her executive leadership, Briana has continued practicing as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner. Within the organization, she is the trusted authority for all health-related matters and is often referred to as the “Super Crew Practitioner” for her clinical expertise and steady guidance.

Briana is married to Isaac, a physician, and is a dedicated mother to her son Alex and stepson Elijah. She values time spent in reflection through yoga, Bible study, and outdoor activities; practices that reinforce her leadership philosophy of discipline, clarity, and service.

Rich Norton

Rich Norton serves as President of the Norton Super Crew, bringing decades of frontline sales leadership and performance excellence to the organization. His career began in direct sales, where he spent nearly two decades selling encyclopedias door-to-door, mastering discipline, resilience, and customer connection. In 2000, he transitioned into merchant services, where he quickly established himself as a dominant force in the industry.

Since the inception of the organization, Rich has consistently earned top honors, including being number one in sales every year. His leadership philosophy is rooted in honesty, integrity, trust, customer service, and long-term retention. He is deeply committed to attrition management and sustainable growth, believing that success is built through strong relationships and consistent follow-through.

Beyond production, Rich is passionate about mentorship and development. He dedicates significant time to training and equipping both new and seasoned representatives, with a mission to create opportunity, build leaders, and change lives.

Rich is married to Leigh and is a proud father to Briana and Kaylee. He is also a devoted grandfather to Alex, Javi, Mila, and Elijah — who he often refers to as his “why.” Outside of business, he actively serves in ministry, leads praise and worship at his local church, and is a loyal fan of the Patriots, Jaguars, and Red Sox.

Kaylee Norton 

Kaylee Norton has been a valued member of the Norton administrative team since 2022. She leads onboarding through the Super Crew University training platform, ensuring every new team member begins with clarity, structure, and confidence. Kaylee also manages the company’s social media marketing, driving brand growth through strategic content, photography, and video editing.

Outside of work, Kaylee is a proud mom to her two young children, Javi and Mila. She enjoys photography and dance and brings her creative eye and passion for digital storytelling into everything she does.

Holly Street 

Holly Street began working with Rich Norton in 2013 and has played an instrumental role in the exponential growth of the Norton Group, serving in a wide range of leadership and operational capacities. Over the years, she has provided comprehensive agent support, overseen website design and maintenance, coordinated sales retreats and awards weekends, managed accounting functions, and stepped into numerous roles to ensure seamless execution across the organization. Today, she is widely recognized as Rich Norton’s right hand, helping drive strategy, structure, and operational excellence throughout the company.

Prior to joining the Norton Group, Holly built a distinguished 25+ year career as a seasoned accountant, holding senior-level positions in organizations ranging from start-ups to international technology companies. In addition to her financial leadership roles, she has leveraged her accounting expertise in software testing and support, bridging financial systems and technology to improve operational accuracy and efficiency.

Outside of her professional accomplishments, Holly is a proud mother to Turner. She enjoys spending time at the beach, playing pickleball, and being happily bossed around by her beloved wiener dogs.

Charles Wright

With over 10 years of experience in the merchant services industry, Charles has established himself as a proven leader and entrepreneur. He has successfully led and trained hundreds of representatives, driving growth and building high-performance teams across the financial services sector. As the founder of a company recognized on the prestigious Inc. 500 list, Charles has demonstrated a unique ability to scale businesses, foster innovation, and deliver exceptional client value.

 

Before entering the private sector, Charles served as an officer in the U.S. Army, where he developed the discipline, integrity, and strategic mindset that continue to define his leadership style today. His career reflects a rare combination of military precision and entrepreneurial vision, making him a trusted voice in business development, organizational leadership, and merchant services.
